How do you authenticate?
Each product we accept is put through a multiple-point, brand-specific authentication process. We inspect all applicable leather goods for the appropriate date codes, serial tags and hologram stickers, ensuring that all handbags pass our specific authenticity tests before they are placed in sales.
For fine jewelry pieces, we use 10x binocular microscopes and loupes to inspect items, along with gem-specific instrumentation to determine the natural or synthetic origin of each piece.
North Shore Exchange does not accept fake or counterfeit merchandise of any kind. If we suspect that a submitted consignment item is inauthentic, we will first contact the consignor for proof of purchase. If there is still further doubt about the item’s authenticity, we reserve the right to confiscate the item and destroy it in compliance with all laws. No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship furniture?
Online furniture purchases must be picked up in store. Shipping is NOT available for these large pieces.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For purchases made in the continental United States, use the guide below to estimate delivery time.
Business days are Tuesday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
All standard orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. Expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will also be processed and shipped the next business day. Unfortunately, we can't ship to hotels.

How much will I be charged for sales tax?
That depends on where you live. Sales tax is applied to your nseglencoeonline.com order according to individual state and local regulations. Appropriate tax charges will appear during checkout.
Can I change or cancel an existing order?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, most orders are processed immediately and can't be changed or cancelled even if they haven't shipped yet. We understand that there are situations where an order may need to be canceled or changed, and we will do our best to accommodate that need. But, in most cases, we are unable to cancel or change orders.

All sales are FINAL. NO returns will be accepted either in-store or via our online sales.
